A lot of goodies for breakfast. Amazingly nice staff on reception and elsewhere. - Very central location down a short alley, reasonably large and spotless room. - Based not far from the river which makes for beautiful views of mountains & river both sunrise and sunset.

Clean hotel with exceptionally kind and very welcoming staff and a great value. The rooms neat and huge with AC, comfy bed and a kettle. Great spot next to the river which makes for beautiful views of mountains & river both sunrise and sunset, the departure point for boat trips down the river and all the restaurants. Also, to the bridge where the boat tour starts.

Had a really great stay for two nights. The double room was spotless with a comfy bed, ensuring guests had all the essentials.- The location was convenient, being around a 10-15 minutes walk from Patok Cave.- Being set very close to bars and restaurants was a definite plus.

Huge rooms with good ventilation and fast WiFi. Friendly staff and a funny bird for entertainment.- Great location with beautiful views of the river.
Doors are difficult to close, causing noise disturbances during sleep. Lack of cleanliness in the showers and occasional ant presence in the bathroom.

The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the Nam Ou River and local mountains. the staff were very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the guesthouse had a wonderful balcony where we could relax and take in the stunning view. the room was clean and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the bathroom. Being close to the center and the dock made it convenient for us to explore the town and catch our boat. Having the option to have meals and drinks at the guesthouse was a great convenience. Cons: Don't have any issues at all.

The room at Arthith Guesthouse was incredibly spacious, providing ample room to move around and unpack our belongings. We loved having a table and chairs in the room, offering a comfortable place to sit and enjoy meals without having to always use the bed. The balcony outside was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the stunning views of the river and mountains. The owner of the guesthouse was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special, organizing a day trip for us and even making handmade bracelets for my birthday. The central location of the guesthouse was also convenient for exploring the town.
While the room was generally comfortable, the lack of hot water in the shower was a bit inconvenient. However, the owner checked and confirmed that there was hot water, so it may have been a mistake on our part.
